Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All Sanié orders are carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day

  • Peak periods (sales, launches, holidays) may require an additional 1–2 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. New Zealand Shipping

Sanié ships nationwide using reliable courier partners.

Standard Delivery

  • 2–4 business days

  • Flat rate: $8.00 NZD ( North Island)

  • Flat rate: $10.00 NZD ( South Island)

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 NZD

  • Automatically applied at checkout

3. Order Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our store, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to appear.

4. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier network congestion

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Sanié is not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will lodge an investigation with the courier

  • A replacement or refund will be issued where applicable

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • If a parcel is returned to Sanié due to an incorrect address, a re‑delivery fee will apply

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched

9. International Shipping (Optional)

If Sanié ships overseas:

  • We currently ship to Australia and selected international destinations

  • Rates and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout

  • Customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
