Sanié — Refund & Returns Policy

 

At Sanié, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair returns process.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return full‑priced items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

 

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is in resellable condition

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Intimates (e.g., bodysuits, lingerie) for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cardsItems marked “Final Sale”

 

2. Requesting a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email our team at orders@sanie.co.nz

  • Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return

  • Our team will provide return instructions and a return address

Returns must be lodged within 14 days and received within 21 days of delivery.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable

  • If your order qualified for free shipping and the return brings your total below the free‑shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes

  • Colour changes

  • Replacement of the same item (if stock is available)

If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

5. Store Credit

If preferred, you may choose store credit instead of a refund.

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Issued once the return is approved

  • Can be used on any future Sanié purchase

 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and your order number

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

Faults caused by wear and tear, improper care, or misuse are not eligible.

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service

  • Sanié is not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels

 

8. International Orders (If Applicable)

For international customers:

  • Returns are accepted, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Customs duties and taxes are non‑refundable

  • Exchanges may not be available due to international shipping constraints
