All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (where applicable). Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
5. Shipping
Delivery timeframes and shipping rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Certain items (e.g., sale items, customised pieces) may not be eligible for return.
